Fix to the ground and slide the post over.

Insert for composite post. This required if you want to bolt the post down instead of sinking the post in the ground.
The post kit comes with one already but if you are using the posts to make up additional smaller posts you will need additional support posts.
The dimensions of the post are as follows:
- 40mm x 40mm Tube
- 1m Height
- Base Plate 100mm x 100mm
